Why We Do What We Do:
High Impact was founded to provide children an opportunity to grow, learn , and excel. For far to long we have watched our youth become neglected in the community without an outlet for them to become better. We believe that everyday is a tremendous opportunity to get better. We will offer services that we do precisely that.
